Returning to work after parental leave or a career break can be daunting, and can be an emotional roller coaster. I have been there so I know! I can work with you to build confidence, help you to find the right role and get you work ready and raring to go'. I can even help you with interview practice. I will be there to support you on journey as you transition back into work.
Menopause can be really unsettling and many of us can feel lost, I know what it is like to struggle with perimenopause symptoms. I can be there to support you through this transition and help you to identify what you want from your next chapter and how to get it.
I am a personal and professional development coach and Mum of two. I am passionate about helping people to achieve more fulfilling lives and careers.
I became a coach because I know first hand how transformational the coaching process can be. I know what it is like to be ‘stuck’, to doubt yourself, lose your confidence, feel overwhelmed, or talk yourself out of doing the things that you really want to do.
Through coaching I learned how to get control of my life, increase self confidence, learn to trust myself and really go for what I want. I want to be able to use this experience to help you.
My Qualifications and Experience
I have a combined honours degree in Psychology, am a qualified coach & NLP practitioner. I also hold a Diploma in Professional Coaching & Mentoring have also worked at a Senior level in marketing in large corporate organisations for over 20 years. I have considerable management and leadership experience and have helped many individuals to flourish at work & progress in their careers.

What To Expect
In a typical life coaching or career coaching session I will guide you using a method or framework focussed on providing structure and results. We will work together to identify what it is you really want to achieve and set a long term goal. We will then break this down into smaller objectives or tasks which will move you towards your long term goal.
After each session, you will have some actions to carry out or some homework to do. Sessions are typically 3 to 4 weeks apart and last between 1 and 1.5 hours.
Anything discussed during a session is confidential.
